I graduated from Lancaster University in 1993 with a BA (Hons) degree in Visual Arts. Painting and creating art has always been my passion, as has being out and about in nature and supporting wildlife charities. Since adopting (among others!) two wonderful dogs who were rescued from the barbaric meat trades in China and South Korea, I knew I wanted to be proactive in helping a UK charity involved in this.

My mixed media works are process driven, meaning I play around with alcohol inks and other media until I produce something that looks visually interesting and appealing. I enjoy the colour combinations that arise when working in this free style.
